Bruce Hawkins
Agency Owner
Bruce is a native of Morrilton and a graduate of Morrilton High School. After graduating from UCA in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree, he returned to Morrilton and opened Hawkins Insurance Agency. An emphasis on life insurance grew to full-scale employee benefit programs offered throughout Arkansas. Bruce specializes in developing the right benefit plan to meet the needs of his clients.
In his spare time, Bruce enjoys being with his grandchildren. He is an avid quail hunter and raises bird dogs. In the summer he enjoys golf and tending to his roses.
He married Phyllis Williams in 1979. They have one son, Clayton, married to Ashley (Martin) Hawkins and four grandchildren Caden, Cooper, Hadley, and Cullen.
Phillys Hawkins
Agency Owner
Phyllis is a native of Morrilton and graduated from Morrilton High School. She is certified in Medicare, the office manager, and oversees all operations of the agency.
Phyllis enjoys building and maintaining relationships with our clients. She especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She and Bruce have one son, Clayton, married to Ashley (Martin) Hawkins and four grandchildren Caden, Cooper, Hadley and Cullen.
Clayton Hawkins
Medicare / Group Enrollments
Clayton joined Hawkins Insurance upon graduation from Arkansas Tech University in 2012. He specializes in Senior Care sales, certified in Medicare, and assists in life insurance sales. Clayton also services our group clients with enrollments and general service.
He is an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoys duck hunting. He is married to Ashley (Martin) Hawkins, and they have four children Caden, Cooper, Hadley and Cullen.
Cindy Marshall
Medicare Specialist
Cindy’s specialty at Hawkins Insurance is Senior Market service. She is certified in Medicare and can assist clients with Medicare Supplements, Advantage Plans, and Part D Drug coverage. She joined our staff in 1988 and is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Morrilton.
A current resident of Conway, she is married to Bobby Marshall; they have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.
Sydney Reagan
Group Accounts Manager
Sydney is a native of St. Vincent and graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Morrilton. She joined Hawkins Insurance in 2021 where her role is group accounts manager. She takes pride in delivering personal services and building trust with our clients.
Sydney is married to Dalton Reagan, and they enjoy lake days, being in the mountains, and they enjoy their two dogs, Buck and K9 Dax.
Cortney Herrera
Client Services
Cortney is a 2017 graduate of Arkansas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management. She joined our staff in 2025 and is licensed in life and health. Cortney’s role includes client service, enrollments, and technology. She is looking forward to serving the Morrilton community and strengthening her knowledge of the industry.
She and her husband Chris reside in Russellville and have two children.
Carey Ruff
Chief Financial Officer
Carey Ruff, CPA is a lifelong Morrilton resident. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas Tech University. With nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and tax services, she brings a strong commitment to honesty, professionalism and accuracy to her role at Hawkins Insurance Agency, where she helps oversee the agency’s financial operations.
Carey and her husband, Edward, have been married for 25 years and are raising their two daughters, Gabbi and Quinn, in Morrilton.
Robbie Dee Rogers
Group Products Manager
Dee Rodgers resides in Conway. He is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR. Dee was previously employed by Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield for 36 years where he served as statewide sales manager, group sales, and advisor to CEO. His expertise in group products, underwriting, fully insured plans, self-funded plans, and level funded plans offers welcome consultation for any group products.
Dee joined our staff in 2025. He married Sharon Paladino in 1982; they have 3 children and 11 grandchildren.
