Bruce is a native of Morrilton and graduate of Morrilton High School. After graduating from UCA in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Bruce returned to Morrilton and opened Hawkins Insurance Agency, a full line independent agency. An emphasis on life insurance grew to full scale employee benefit programs offered throughout Arkansas. Bruce specializes in developing the right benefit plan to meet the needs of the client. He married Phyllis Williams in 1979. They have one son, Clayton and four grandchildren Caden, Cooper, Hadley, and Cullen. |

Phyllis is a native of Morrilton and graduated from Morrilton High School. She is the office manager and oversees all operations of the agency. She joined Bruce at Hawkins Insurance full time in 1983. Phyllis enjoys building and maintaining relationships with our clients. She especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. Finding time for golf is a must in the summer. She and Bruce have one son, Clayton and four grandchildren Caden, Cooper, Hadley, and Cullen. |
 Cindy Marshall |
Cindy's specialty at Hawkins Insurance is Medicare Supplements including Part D Drug coverage and Advantage Plans. She also services life and health business on an individual and group basis. She joined our staff in 1988 and is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Morrilton. A current resident of Conway, she is married to Bobby Marshall, and they have five children and five grandchildren. |

Clayton joined Hawkins Insurance upon graduation from Arkansas Tech University in 2012. He specializes in Senior Care sales and life insurance sales. Clayton is an avid outdoorsman, especially enjoying duck hunting. He is married to Ashley (Martin) Hawkins and they have four children Caden, Cooper, Hadley, and Cullen. |

Sydney joined our staff in March of 2021. She is the administrative assistant to Mrs. Phyllis Hawkins and is licensed in both Life and Health Insurance. She is a native of St. Vincent, Arkansas and a graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Morrilton, Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys her dog, Buck. |
